I tried calling Dell about my 200$ gift card listed on my order and a 5% one i was promised, but i haven't heard anything yet. I've had my order since the 25th of Sept.
Should i just keep waiting and this is normal or should i be concerned?

In the fine print, there's a clause about gift cards and crap - if you return the system you don't get them, or they become invalid. In other words, they usually wait until the "return period" is over before sending them.
I found this out through one of my many conversations with Alienware representatives. -
They send them out 10 to 20 days after the laptop ships out (not when you ordered it). It did show up within that window for me.

That's because some folks have intentionally defrauded Alienware on the gift cards. They delay sending them out long enough to foil those plans. We even had someone in our community posting about their clever little fraud scheme at one point. It's unfortunate that there are people that do that kind of thing, and I don't blame them for waiting until the return period has run out before sending the gift cards. I think that is pretty smart on their part.

Well they do have clauses to cover that now though. I don't know how well it works out though.
a) If you return the item the cards are nullified. They won't work anymore.
b) If you used the cards before they could do anything about it the card amount would be deducted from your refund. So your refund would be less the gift card amount whatever it was.
How long do giftcards generally take to get?
