    Just curious, does anyone know how long repairs generally take...

    They had to fix my stealth button and the sleep mode on win xp...

    well once you send it it takes 3-5 bussiness days to arrive and be shipped back so thats 6-10 days right there, for the repair i would say up to 2 weeks but much closer to 1 week or less usually.
