I ordered my m15x on Sunday afternoon and moved from Phase 1 to Phase 2 on Monday. However i've been stuck on Phase 2 ever since. I called AW Wednesday asking if everything was looking alright and they didn't see any problems and said my status likely wouldn't change until a week to two weeks before the unit went into production. As it stands, I have an estimated ship date of 6/30. If it helps, I ordered using their credit service.

    Dear Red,
There have been lots of topics and threads discussing this "Phase game" over and over.
The only advise that people can give you is... don't loose your time refreshing the screen for your order every 5 minutes. It will: 1- Drive you insane; 2- Be completely random; 3- Will lead you to frustration and being upset.
So... Just forget about the phases, it will take time for the computer to come. Just relax and enjoy it whenever you receive it (which probably won't be any time soon, as you have and ETA for the end of next month).

    Hi Red
firstly if you are using their credit service you will have to wait to receive the paperwork by post. you will then have to return it by post. it will then go from the credit company to AW. this could take a week or two.
youve still got 30 days for the estimated ship date so if i were you i would ftry and forget about it all for at least 10 days and DONT keep looking at the phase game page as this will send you nuts. trust me on this one as i hold the record for being in phase 5 for 24 days.

Milcs, i've searched through the forum throughly and read about the phase game. I found very little pertaining to phase 2 itself.

MrDJ, I did not realize that they sent you anything through snail mail when using their credit service. The AW rep I spoke too didn't say anything about that when I inquired. Things like this are probably important for the customer to know :)

I know I have a LONG time to wait, but i'm hoping for the best!

as i noticed how you wrote the date in your above post i guess you are from across the pond in the states.
it might be different here in the uk but they said to me the order doesnt go through to AW until they have received back the documents with my signature on it.
i paid in full in the end and it took almost 2 weeks. they did not add me to the Q until the money was in their account.

you should try calling again and see if anything is updated. While the phase game is tough to play (you'll learn that more later), phase 2 really should be done very quickly; it is not a phase where people get stuck. I know they said nothing was wrong before, but I would suggest calling again.
