    that those with current m17x r2's are going to try everything in their power to get the 5870 upgrade after they see a couple 5870 crossfire benchmarks?

    I bet 80% of the people that are current owners of the m17x r2 and are active in these forums.

    anybody else?

    Depends on how much it'll cost and if cfx performs as well as we all hope. Until it happens, 5870 cfx is still up in the air imo.

    think its only natural that the next refresh will have the best there is to offer at the time of release.
