Hello, have an order in production for a new M17X. Received my customer number, Dell purchase ID, and order number, but when trying to setup a My Hive account, is states the number is invalid. With the Dell purchase of Alienware it complicates things as most links, chat, order status seem to re-direct right back to Dell.

I'm assuming even though I built the laptop on Alienware's site, and the final order landed me on Dell's site, they don't contact each other, to bridge the accounts/orders ??

    No myhive for the M17x.

You can get drivers/apps from either AW or Dell's support sites. I recommend using support.dell.com
