    How to clean the settings set by Command center?

    In windows7, I couldn't turn my touchpad on....

    I think I need to delete the settings set by command center for the touchpad. It seems like the touch section with the "disable touchpad when other pointing devices are detected is on" so whenever I install synaptics even without commend center would disable it no matter what and I can't enable it.... help
