I've been trying to contact Alienware for the past few months, however, they do not seem to answer any of the emails I send them. Calling them is not an option.

I live in Denmark, by the way, and bought it from alienware.co.uk, Ireland.

    Hi,

You should phone them. Email support is really really bad. One option would be to get skype and purchase about 10 euro credit and call them. Also, you might try and call Denmark Dell support but I dont know if that'll work that way

I really wouldnt call Alienware at all!

Call Dell Technical Support, had nothing but trouble from alienware and was a breath of fresh air to talk to dell.

Dell were able to give me far more information about my M17x than alienware would

Wow, that's stupid. They could've at least sent an email telling the customers that. <.<

Anyways, thanks for the response. I'll call Dell tommorow I guess.

    Thats not true

    In the UK

Alienware customer service is done from Slovakia!!!

Dell customer service is bangalor in India!!

Thats not the same even if they are both technically Dell!!
there are different attitudes and experiance!

Dell in India are actually far more helpfull and have easier access to all the information.

Talk to Alienware and they have to email different departments within dell to get things sorted.

also Alienware UK is a freephone number

Dell uk is a 0845 number and you have to pay have £65 bill to prove this.

Dell and Alienware maybe the same company but its not the same level of support!
