M17x R3 bought in Italy, after 1 month, the integrated GPU - Intel HD3000 disappeared from device manager, unable to be detected by MOBO. Here nightmare begins:

Everytime I called in the Alienware/XPS customer support, first they asked for service tag, then confirmed my identity, then redirected me to a techinical support. There was a chance that I never reach a technical but end up with waiting.

However even if I did successfully reach a technician, it was just a start. My problem will be recorded, and the technician usually is not the particular one who is expert enough to solve my problem. Usually he tells me that he will inform another technician who dedicates in the area related to such problem, to contact me, as soon as possible.

And the truth is, no one will actually contact me initiatively. Eventually I have to called in again, and run the whole "procedure" again , then end up with waiting again. For my last issue with keyboard, I spent like 50€ calling Dell's support.

I don't know your cases, but for my experience, Dell's "next business day on door service" is a JOKE in Italy.

Well, my biggest concern is that my warrant is only valid in Europe, unfortunetly I am leave here in 3 weeks. What can I do? I am desperate.

Shoot off an email to Mr. Dell. Can't list email addresses here, but a quick google search-<-<-<-<-CLICK ME- will find it for you. Explain your problems and what situation you're in. Be nice and cordial, but insist on some real help. Wait for the magic.
