    I've never owned an Alienware but I'm ordering one tomorrow. What is the best overall method of purchase? should I order online or configure on the website and call dell?

    Edit: Intended thread name was how to order an alienware, hate typos, sorry.

    You can try to both and see which is cheapest :) Sometimes its cheaper using coupons, sometimes you get a good and giving rep.

    I got it on site oh and my T9600 was actually cheaper the the less powerfull models so i got that cheaper because they where emptying there stock.

    Unless you have a good coupon call in the order. There were rumors around when the M17x came out that the systems ordered over the phone were being pushed to the front of their queue.
