    How to solve nonworking sens butons problem ! models m11,m14,m15,m17,m18 aurora too

    if you face this problem than you should perform these steps!
    1.turn off computer!
    2.unplug all cabels from computer!
    3.close computer and turn your computer upside down then remove battery!
    4.open computer and push down start button(alien head)longer than 20 second!
    5.return battery back to your computer and plug in all cabels back!
    6.turn on computer!
    after restart your sens butons should work properly
    ​

    What are the sens buttons? Are you referring to the touch media control?

    By "Touch Control" Do you mean the "Touch Pad" or the "AlienTouch" that can be found in the command centre? Oh btw Alienware M14x does NOT have that AlienSense.

    I have this problem on M18x and they had to replace the keyboard frame. But the next day, the light went out on those touch keys. It is going back to Dell for repair.
    I only got this laptop for about a week and it is going back already !!!.
