Reliability Monitor shows you your system stability history at a glance and lets you see details on a day-by-day basis about events that impact reliability. For full detailed information,
    see:
    Microsoft Technet: Use Reliability Monitor
    http://technet2.microsoft.com/Windo...a9dd-4b96-8062-edb21ee70f0e1033.mspx?mfr=true

You had a failure of a software (un)install, application, hardware, windows, or some other miscellaneous item and you need details on what, when, and why it failed to be able to fix it. Reliability Monitor will help you narrow down when and what caused the problem.

Snip your reliability Monitor and post it here as an attached thumbnail.

Here is how to use Vista's Snip Tool:

You can use Snipping Tool to capture a screen shot, or snip, of any object on your screen, and then annotate, save, or share the image.
    (Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate)

when you want to copy or snip an image on your computer:
go to Start>All programs>Accessories>snipping tool and click it
You will notice the page fades out (white overlay), merely put your mouse cursor (or tablet pen) in the bottom right hand corner of the image and drag it so the red line outlines what you want to snip. Save Image.

    Posting it in the forum:
Under the "Go Advanced" setting on post, click manage attachements, navigate to location you saved snip and upload.

(note- to fully view attached image, click to expand, then click the expanded picture to further enlarge it)
