    Hi,

    here's my story: I ordered an m11x but it was cancelled on the day because there was no-one to answer their phone call and verification failed. I had the $350 coupon that used to work with the m11x R3 so they gave me another coupon which expires in May worth $350. Now I'm going to spend it on an m14x which I could get for less than the price of a m11x :)

    I have one question: Does anyone know if they do the verification thing often and on most orders?

    Nope. Verification is done only in cases where they suspect fraud. For example, credit card is not in the name of the person in whose name laptop is being bought or if you are using an international credit card and trying to ship it to US.

    Yep, I'm using an international credit card. I'm shipping it to a friend in the US. I'll have to call Dell to verify my credentials.

    Just make sure you do it within 2 hours of the order and from 9-5 M-F EST when the Fraud Dept is open so you can call them ASAP and you're golden :)

    I got my alarm set for the 8:57AM in order to hit them with a QQ storm myself.
