M15X the thing below the keyboard that keep the monitor from going too low and scratching up I think. Well they both fell out and I only found 1, where can I buy more of these?

Also they are held in by a little bit of tape! How freakin cheap

no clue where you can buy one, best is to call dell up for it..

I kept loosing mine as well so finally i glued it back in place and made a little bit of a mess.. pulled off the other one just in case and glued that as well, now they are on there and feel like a rock lol

I'm not sure if u can get the exact same ones but there's quite a few places that sell laptop rubber feet that look like they could do the job

This is a bigger problem then you think. Dell wont have those laying around seperatly. I remember somebody on here who had a repairguy that lost a rubberfeet and he ended up getting a new laptop because of the rubber feet lol

This is no laughing matter, rubber feet are serious business, I am ocd and on my hp when they first started falling off, it was like part of me dying, eventually i just stopped caring.

The rubber feet helps cool so it is a flaw he has now so if he has a complete care maybe he can get a new one or maybe dell realised it would be handy to have those laying around and did that by now.

I mean the ones on top next to the keyboard. That keep the monitor from fully closing by like a centimeter. I found the other one and for now I just put some scotch tape over it since I thought there might be a reason they just used cheap tape to hold it... But I'll probably just end up glueing it later on...

I recommend A krazy glue mini pak. enough to reseat all the feet on my m17x. use a damp q-tip to wipe excess if you get any and then wipe dry so theres minimal residue.

I bet if you complained enough you could get Dell to send you some but it's probably easier/less time consuming to just deal with it yourself.

Dell will send you a whole set for free.

I always call them up for them - it's good to have spares ;)
