I am needing some help from you guys for Alienware m17x.
I originally ordered mine on Aug 1st through online, but it got canceled even though I did what they asked me to do, which was to authorize my credit card.
So they told me to retry it, so I did, on the next day, but got canceled again, so finally I talked one of the sales rep, and reordered mine on Aug 4th, until yesterday on 14th, it got canceled. I do not know what is going on....they keep saying that my payment was not authorized, but I called the credit company at my purchase on 4th, and told them exactly what I was going to do and it is not fraud. As a result, I reordered mine again yesterday through phone, and my delievery date was once again pushed back to Sept 11th.
Can someone help me why they are doing this to me?

Best thing you can do is discuss it with your cc bank and then get back with Dell. Perhaps obtain a number for a rep @ your cc bank which you can give the Dell sales rep to call for confirmation. Not much more to suggest. Sorry bud.
