I'm not sure if such a combo even exists and I will admit that I am ignorant of Dell/Alienware's lineup but I am hoping it does so that I can procure a non-gsync 1070n vBios from that combo as I believe it should help me with my current issues with my " BgaOEMsHateHIM" G1 Zbook15 +Geforce GTX 1070n

None. You cannot flash a BGA bios to a MXM card, unless you want a really expensive paperweight.

However - it's only because the driver and firmware for the HD Intel doesn't support the consumer Pascal MXM cards.
When I tested, the proper HD intel graphics driver we would have needed for Pascal, wouldn't install and instead it skipped that update, and only installed early versions that existed before the release of the HD intel. If this changes, someone let me know. -

a GTX 1060 is working in the M18X R2. One of the member will later test a GTX 1070 if he/she finds one.
I'm trying to find an Optimus Dell or Alienware model that offered an Gtx1070n MXM
