Hey guys,
Have any of you tried Indigo Xtreme? If so, what are your temps like? Do you have a link to a U.K online store or seller for this said item?
Thanks

Indigo extreme does not come in a tube, It is specially designed to be placed on the top of desktop processors with heat spreaders and let the heat from the CPU distribute the liquid metal. It is definitely NOT for notebooks.

To support what widezu69 mentions, it is not for any lid-less CPU. I contacted this company a while back to find out more about it and they were very clear that it should not be used on a mobile or desktop CPU that has no lid on the die. The way it is designed, it will not work on a bare die because the surface area is too small. They have no plans of making a version of it for bare die processors. (I specifically asked if they had plans to support bare die CPU and GPU applications in the future, and they do not.)

The 2011 socket cpus solder the die to the heat spreader so yeah, deciding would not end well.

If it works better than the crappy paste they used to have, that's good. I'm assuming that solder does a good job and it would be nice to be able to keep the IHS on it if it works well. I'd prefer to have it there.
