Just wondering if anyone on here has used the Dell installment plan and if you think it's worth it or not I myself am a student who works part time but I really want an M17x and I think this will be the quickest and best way to do so.

must people here use the dell credit, its sweet because no interest for 12-18 months, plus you get a discount for using it too. for a student i highly recommend doing this.

On it with my M17x-r1, though when bought it there was no interest-free option for me. 6 months - 200$ extra, but it was still worth it as I'd never pay 3-4k for a laptop in cash.

The 12-18 months no interest is a great deal if you don't have all the cash up front to pay for it. HOWEVER, make sure you are able to pay it off before the promotional period ends, otherwise deferred interest will be tacked on, and you'll be really close to where you started. The minimum payment you owe each month also will not have you paying it off before this interest stacks, so be smart.

The no interest for 12-18 months I think that may just be for America And for the six months no interest can I pay it all off in 6 months or does it have to be equal over 4 years I think it seems that way to me but still I'll most likely do that. Thanks for the tips so far guys

Arctic, check out the ordering thread in my sig. It may come in useful. Read through the original post, and there is also some good advice all the way through. It's a quick read, only 6 pages at this point, but I think it may be helpful to you.
