I noticed the other day that my left arrow key was glowing reddish, even though I have white lights set for my keyboard. I was trying to figure out why it was doing this, and i started poking around my keyboard. In the space directly above the left arrow, there is a little black piece of plastic and no key. When I press on this spot, my left arrow changes colors. If I press softly, it turns scarlet, and when I press harder, it turns blue. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

It's a camera phone video, but it gets the point across
