The current designs are going on what? 5 Years? I purchased an M14x almost 3 years ago. So when it was time to get a newer laptop this past December, I went to Alienware’s website. And to my Amazement they had the same designs. WOW!! Keep in mind that when I got my laptop 2 ½ years ago and one of the biggest complaints was that the design was outdated. So here it is, almost 3 years later and they still have the same designs?
I’m not trying to be troll’ish in anyway.

Since DELL took over, the Alienware laptops still have the same design from way back then.

Every other manufacturer including dell has changed designs 3 times, while Alienware keeps the same outdated looking design going on 5 years now.

Hmmm... it seems you are either not paying close attention to things or you must be blind. That's absolutely false. The 2013 product lineup bears no resemblance to the previous models other than a logo. They were changed to such an extent that many long-time Alienware owners were very displeased about the new look and feel. There were massive design changes with both hardware and aesthetics and not everyone looked upon the changes in aesthetics as being a good thing.

For the record, before Dell made the Alienware brand truly great, they were just another Clevo reseller with some fancy paint and trim added.

    Not trolling, eh?
