    I've been trying to search this forum and i have yet to find a solid answer on Complete Care..I just bought my M17x..its not cheap..should i buy. Does Dell really honor it?

    I think it is definitely worth it. Even if it is not a drop or spill issue, it seems that reps are more eager to replace wear and tear items.

    I am constrained to order on the business side and I cant configure Complete Care on an Alienware M17X. Does anyone know if there is a way to get it? :cool:
