    or is the order status page currently down?

    When I type in my order number and email

    it takes forever to load and then

    after it loads, it says im in phase 1 but

    earlier today i was in phase 5 soo...

    anyone else experiencing the same thing?

    the phase page is known to be rather glitchy. write CS an email, or shoot Alienware-James (or -Armando) a PM. they'll all give you an accurate, up-to-date status report.

    when i go to user CP and navigate to the Private message Folders, it says i can access the page cuz of insufficient privilleges

    there is supposed to be a button on the bottom right hand side of your post that says "send pm" rite?
