Just wondering if it is capable of producing better graphics? Im not sure what the Xbox360 has but I do know its a monster when it comes to gaming. I believe it has 2 video cards... Anyone know for sure?

What I know is, the 360 has one graphic chip only. I don't know how powerful it is exactly, but I know the PS3 is more powerful (well, it was released after) and the PS3's graphic chip is based on the 7800 GT. On the other side, the m15x has the 8800m GTX which is obviously more powerful. Somebody correct me if I am wrong

hell yeah. they are not in the same ball park.
-
I dont know, does anyone here even have proof?
I know for a fact the Xbox 360s processor kills the M15x I mean thats a given because its built only for gaming and the M15x is a computer... -
-
Either way, the m15x is leaps and bounds more advanced than the Xbox 360. Think about it: the 360 was released in 2005, the era of the Geforce 6's and 7's. -
imagine there's some way to rip the OS software and just turn your quadcore, sli 8800gt's 8 gigs of ram gaming computer into a super xbox360? psh i wish haha

(google info) -
xbox360 cost $349, and 8800m gtx itself cost $750. the price says it all.
-
The m15x should be rocking it for free. There's a tri-core in the 360? Do you have a source?
-
The Xbox 360 uses a powerpc tri-core chip running at 3.2 Ghz. It uses an ATI built GPU that has 48 shader units and is vastly inferior to the 8800M GTX.
You can read about the CPU here, http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2453&p=3

Well, there it is.

People should stop comparing computers to Consoles.
Consoles run games better, but Computer has more advanced hardware and better Graphics.
the 8800GTX totally destroys the X360's GPU,
the X360's CPU might be tri-core, but we should remember that its not about the count of the cores, or the raw speed, the CPU Core Architecture says it all, like go and compare an E6600@3ghz VS E8400 3ghz, you'll see that the E8400 is better by 45% over the E6600 (not talking about games, i'm not sure about the difference, but talking about Enconding and such) and the E6600 is only 1 Generation behind! so imagine how is it going to be for the X360... -
^Agreed, 100%. You're comparing apples and oranges.
Is the M15x 8800m Video Card more powerful the Xbox 360?
