    Well i was wondering if aw was going to make a refreshed M17x/M15x Line with i7 in M17x and sli?!!?!? be nasty :D anyone know anything? cuz i want to get a M17x now but im worried about the stuttering/low fps spikes while gaming most people have, and just want to wait till refresh with better parts and that stutter fixed? what u guys think?

    I wouldn't count on it. There haven't even been any mobile chipsets announced that support Core i7 and SLI.

    New procs and GPUs are expected Q1 of 2010. I would expect whenever those components are released there will be a refresh.

    That would probably be because the PCIe controller for GPUs is on the CPU itself and not the chipset.

    well this article say that the curent chip set should adrealy support cfx and sli unless it's because the actual cpu intel released don't suport sli and cfx

    Same thing as before without the SSD. So I'm still getting the ATI cards and I'm researching for a new SSD.
