is it me or did alienware just start looking into our complaints? The long 1-month shipping wait, over only 14 days. New website design, skullcap m15x. I think alienware is heading in a good direction as of now.

The question will be the quality of this new generation of m15x. We have some owners which should be receiving theirs any moment now and hopefully they can report on the quality.

I'll be getting one soon. Definetly seems they're trying to listen and improve things.

Come on people, stop making big conclusions based on absolutely nothing.
What points towards the fact that they are trying to do anything at all?
I'm amazed to see so many people being able to see such an amazing improvement on AW's side when, in reality, there's ABSOLUTELY NOTHING pointing that way.
The only thing they do, is more marketing, another lid... and people are jumping happy.
    Anyway... Crazy world this is.

Oh and btw, I can do well without a new website. That's exactly their policy... Lot's of firelights, but inside... purely hollow. Instead of the website, I would have a non overheating, non squeaking and wobbling laptop and one that won't break after 4 months of use... thanks.

They're trying to distract people and mostly future buyers from all the past problems with the M15X by re-designing the website and launching this skull cap or at least that's how I see it.

I must agree, the website was one of the biggest issues on the list of m15x-problems! There wasn't a day without a new thread in here saying "Alienware PLEASE update your website, its too white and stuff!" - lol ;) :D

The main selling point of this laptop at this time is the looks. 2 weeks ago the major problems started to out weigh the looks. Now with the new case they got their buyers back. "you cant shine **** ". Instead of putting on new plastics they should be putting on a better fan. I dont own an alienware but i really wanted too. No way though im going to buy a 3300 dollar scratch ticket and hope for the best.

And i do not think they are listening to us. I mean if they were truly listening to us then the new case wouldn't be happening and one of the major problems would be solved.

Mine is back with them... They are trying to fix it. I don't have it at the time. It has been away for over a week now.
I will make an objective analysis of it when I receive it and I'll let everyone know of my story.

Make no mistake... I hope that the M15x they will send me back won't have any of the problems I sent it back for. That's the only thing I want... Do I have any fate it will happen? To be honest, right now... No!
