Ok, I posted about something similar before. My last post talked about ARMA2 about 5 minutes into a mission dropping about 10fps. I thought maybe it was heat but everyone says that 85c is fine...
Now I am playing Operation Flashpoint and guess what... Same thing. Playing the campaign and about 10 minutes into it my fps goes from 45 to about 25. Huge drop. I highly doubt this is driver related since I have tried other drivers and they all produce the same issue.
Now, what can I do to help me detect the problem on my own? What and how can I configure hardware monitor or something to detect when crossfire is de-activated. It works fine at first, but something is causing it to magically stop. Even though the icon is up at the top, it still stops.. Wonder if it is CPU related... ?
Any input is super appreciated. If I exit the game and start right over immediately my frames are once again above 45.
Thanks,
Stevenx
