Five months have passed since the m15x started shipping. With all of the problems from the start, which seem to be fixed now, how are all of the early adopters holding up? I'm really interested to see how the notebooks held up after five months, there have been a lot of complaints about build quality, but I haven't heard any real complaints about it degrading over time. The only pictures on the forum are from people with new m15xs, any early adopters want to post some new pictures so we can see how good the build quality of the m15x really is over time?

I haven't had no problems with my m15x (issues with the paint job and touch controls), but it's still working as good, if not better, than when I first got it due to new drivers and bios.

It's not perfect, but the advantages of 6+ hr battery life using integrated graphics or a 8800 while plugged in still outweighs basically anything.

For example: I watched 5 hours of anime full-screen on my flight from San Francisco to London entirely on battery life and at pretty high brightness. Unfortunately, that was only about half the length of the flight. After I got to London I played Age of Conan at max graphics settings while plugged in.

No complaints here. The bios upgrade has fixed the DCing, but still waiting on the final release. The 8800M GTX handles most games you throw at it, good battery life depending on what card you use, more portable than a m17x, and everything else is icing on the cake.

Still have a downclocking CPU, and some paint chips on the corners of my screen.

Everything going fine; no new changes to report in these past two months or so. There's probably nothing that pictures could show since there has been no physical wear.

My vid card went out or came out or something, they sent me a new one which ended up being bad. Then I put the old one back in and it worked. (thank god). I sent there new one back and told them to do some quality control.. I also had a couple issues with my smart bay disappearing. That is kind of scary.
