Have another code on me:
1CC345?54P08V3 -
What the hell is with these, I can never ever get one.... if you are already registered you can't get them or what?
-
You have to make a bunch of fake email addresses to get as many as I did. It took me a couple hours to get all of those, and a 20% off coupon, lol.

I was thinking of getting this the other day with a 4-year warranty, but even with the awesome ~$1,500 discount applied it was still a LOT of money. It was tempting, but no more expensive than building my own using the same basic components with that really huge discount applied. The 4-year warranty would have made it attractive. But, now that excellent discount is no longer available and I could build a more wicked machine with two Titan Z in SLI or 3x780Ti SLI plus two monitors and still have money left over, LOL. The $149 discounts and 5% cash back in a proprietary gift card that I can only use on Dell.com are almost an insult to my intelligence when the net price is still almost $6,000. If I were going to spend that much on money on a desktop, it would definitely be an insanely overkill self-built monster like the one Pathfindercod is showing off in the M18x sub-forum.

I was going to purchase the same system, Mr. Fox. But the sale is over now. They want $6k+ again. No way.

If anyone isn't using their 20% off, can I have please.

Hmm, so this thread has 300+ views and not one person posted claiming to have used a coupon on the main post. I'm going to assume people (outside of the forum) found this thread through Google and have used the coupons. Because of this, I cannot guarantee all of them will work. So, good luck finding one that does.
Also, keep in mind, the way these coupons work: They are not newly generated every time you get one. There are only X amount of each available. For example, there may be 1000 "5% off" coupons, 500 "10% off" coupons, and 100 "20% off" coupons. If you get a 20% off coupon, there's a chance someone else will get the same coupon you did. So, use it immediately! Don't wait.Mr. Fox likes this. -
Hard to know for sure if any got used if people do not post and say which code they used and have the common courtesy to say thank you. It's also possible that none were used, I suppose.
If I were ready to buy something even without any coupon, then I would jump on an extra 5% or 10% savings to make it a sweeter purchase and be happy about it. But, if I were riding on the fence and undecided, anything less that 20% wouldn't be a significant enough savings incentive to play a major role in deciding to pull the trigger on a product. In other words, it takes at least a 20% or greater discount to actually capture my attention.
A 5% to 10% discount is just barely enough to offset the sales tax in most states. It's a shame that Dell collects sales tax for internet sales in all states that have sales tax, including those that don't takes steps to enforce it for internet purchases. Avoidance of sales tax through internet purchases is a big deal for many consumers... it definitely is for me. -
what's the newsletter I must be signed to in order to get this awesome coupon?
