    Just Got my M15x back

    I hav just got my laptop back form being repaired as my hinge exploded. First the bad news It took them 44 days to get my laptop back to me as i sent it on the 9th of december and got it back on the 24th of jan this i feel for a laptop that is worth over £2000 is ridiculous. next the repair job was excellent as the screen alot less wobberly and there is now no creaking. I think that they hav given be a new screen and i new my old one.

    I just thought i would tell people my experiance i also live in the UK so i dont no if this makes a difference.

    I agree, the 44days was a chip off the BS train... but you have it now, and sounds like it's pretty solid.

    LOL, i wish mine came back in 60 days. I am getting mine back (unrepaired) tomorow (if my tracking number is correct) after i sent it in october 13th. Now you tell me, HOW LONG IS THAT?

    I just sent mine in last week. I shudder to think now how long it will be - More than two weeks is unacceptable in my opinion. The first time I had to wat over 6 weeks now this is the second time... argh never a dell/Alienware again..

    Wow. I never had any of those experience with Alienware, and I hope that I never will. So far, I am extremely happy with my m9750. Finally, a laptop with more than enough horsepower and screen real estate to write my chemistry and physics lab reports! :D

    its crazy considering that it took about 14 days to build my system and send it to me how hard can putting a new screen on be.
