about a month or so ago, my m15x was starting to occasionally get blue screens, or when playing cod4 it would lock up, only a few times, and than about a week ago, it couldn't run it for a minute without BSOD and automatically restart into another BSOD. Finally after a bit of dadada, i pulled the 2 gig memory stick out, and still crashed, swapped it with the other 2 gig stick that was still in there, and found my problem. I had a bad 2 gig module.
So I am wondering if perhaps it was a bad stick the whole time I was going through my 64bit crisis, that caused me to have all the problems i had when trying to get 64 bit working.
I just got 2 more 2 gig sticks, and replaced them with the 2 gigs i had in there, and wondering if i might try 64 bit again.
Any thoughts?

What was the problem? The Crysis.exe (not Crysis64.exe) in the 64bit ordner should run without problems on a 64bit OS?

not Crysis, the game. "crisis" as in "Krise"

he's german. cut him some slack. not everyone has english as their native language.
i'd definitely go for it. your issue(s) sounded so one-of-a-kind that this bad RAM module may well be the reason. the upsides of 64bit would be enough to have me give it another try.
doing just fine. long time no see, or am i mistaken? -

no, long time no see is bout right, school and cod4 keeping me soo buzy, school more than cod4 haha
Yeah, perhaps ill wait for my next break in school to give it a try, suppose i could always just try it on a seperate partition.
Just a 64bit-m15x thought
