oh shoot i didnt even notice that stuff was still on there thanks to the mod who took that all out

 

and well if i don't sine for it then ill just call dell and they have to sned me a knew one and then fed ex has to file a police report and see if they can find who sighend for it and then prosocute them for theft and all dell will get thers back sometimes thats why Fed Ex officers insurance lol

 

i would not be too sure about it...fed ex lost my first one and it didnt go down that easy...they dont require a sig...at all..and on top of it all it will take 2 mo to sort it out due to fed ex sucks a**..
so ur lucky we have great mods....lol

 

Not sure what fed ex guy didnt require your signiture but i have had 4 systems deliverd to me and other residents that i have ordered for and each time a direct signiture is needed

And FedEx always requires sig, at least AFAIK.

 

hey i orderd mine dec 31st and the estimated delivery date be jan 22,,thumper i have a question .. what they charge u for that 2nd day delivery.. and does anybody know why it takes so long to be built thats more than 3 weeks

 

After Spending about 40 minutes on the phone with the guy placing the order i then said oh i forgot to ask i know it comes with standard free shipping but can you upgrade me to another shipping option for free since i have bene a loyal customer for 7 years with a Dell Financial acount and he said please wate a minute and said sure he can upgrade me to 2nd day shipping for not aditional charge

the customer service reps have the option to upgrade you for free but its at there discresion and since they make a comision on every dime they make even the shipping they get a comision on it's really up to the person you get on the phone and how nice they are about it

 

oh i see, i did it online had to pay cash for my m17x since my credit sucks.. u got lucky to get that 2nd day delivery i think mine is 5 to seven days..by the way what color did u get yours? let us know what u think about the laptop when u get it.. i kno how u feel rite now..it sucks waiting

 

My m17x required an indirect signature from Fedex. Whenever I order stuff from Newegg.com, Fedex doesn't require a signature.

what sucked was having to D around with dell waranty and when they tried to screw me having to return the one i just bought a month ago so i returned it and purchcased a new one already had the system i loved it all except for the problems i was having iwth it

 

I got the Space BLack i wanted something that would always be in style and i dont think the red would be in style for ever and the paint ships and shows wear alot faster from what i have heard plus its not worth it to pay 99 dollars for a color
