Just replaced the stock paste on the cpu and gpu's and installed my x9100

    Old Temps:

    CPU MAX: 55-60
    GPU MAX: 94-102

    New Temps:

    CPU Max (x9100): 59
    GPU MAX: 82

    :D

If you get the M17 DEFINITELY change out the stock paste, it is total garbage.

Also, in CPUZ it tells my my x9100 is only running at 2394 but setfsb says it's 3059..

I'm using the high performance plan on the alien command center, anyone know why CPUZ gives me only 2.4?

What did you use to get the GPU temps?

Everest, you have to disable crossfire before you open it, then when you open it go to System Stability test, tab over to Statistics and input the gpu diodes then re-enable xfire

    wish HWmonitor worked :/

Strange, neither Everest nor GPU-Z work for me even with crossfire disabled. The applications start, but there are no temperature readings from either program.

My temps are already decent on my M17 (CPU temp max 80C overclocked, GPU temp max 84C I've seen so far) so I don't think I'll change my thermal paste, my father wouldn't let me in a million years anyway.

If I get 4850s, I'll be using ICD7 on them to make sure they keep cool.
