its the managment. alienware doesnt come out with bad products, its just dell pushes for new releases so they can make more money.

i used to be a alienware freak. 2 laptops and 1 desktop. im still tempted to get a alienare but waiting for a slim alienware like the 12inch laptop they had a few years ago.

 

Yes, I understand that mentality. Still, it's too bad American companies haven't learned the value of customer loyalty yet. You'd think by now they would have learned from the infamous example of the Big Three?

 

I know how you feel, I love going to school having everyone think that my new m17 is old. Sucks having a old gen design on a computer that works as well and even better than any macbook that's an inch thick.

Those are all very interesting opinions, my opinion is I like the design very much so that's one of the reasons I bought another A.W.

I think the company does a very good job and knows when they have a winning design The m9750 has been out a very long time and the M17 has proven to be a very popular model as well.

I got my M17 very, very quick, maybe because I'm a return customer. I don't really know but I for one have no complaints about A.W. or their products.
