My M11X just all of a sudden was unable to find wireless networks of any kind. The wiireless symbol at the top left is on; it just stopped connecting to the internet. I read somewhere that you have to update a service when it prompts you to, and I remember something that started with a "J" popping up that I didn't update. What do I do?

What did you update? Was it a Microsoft update or what? I'd try rebooting the machine, hitting FN-F3 to make sure that the card is on, and if it still isn't working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the WLAN driver.
