hey guys, my screen keeps dimming on my m11x. When i'm using the battery and watching a movie it will dim after a minute or so. I changed the power settings to "never dim" but it makes no difference. It's really annoying when i'm watching a show. Please help :(

Try changing your settings again, then restart and see if they reset. The shouldn't have. Make sure that you change the settings in each Power saver, balanced, and high performance. Adjust your Dim brightness and your "Dim display after" options. Restart and see if it continues.

So, here's what I did, and I think it worked, so far. I had changed the settings and profiles before with no luck, but this time I went into advance power settings. I just made everything the same, as suggested by DR, and rebooted. It's wierd that the values would be different in advance settings, but there you go. Thanks guys, another one solved!
