I did some forum searches but couldn't find this discussion. Does the M15x fit inside the Targus backpacks designed for 15.4" without any problems? Also how likely is it that the lid and body might separate in transport waking up the computer and causing a meltdown? Thanks

    i use swiss gear.
i have had no issues carrying all the associated items for the unit in the pack as well as a change of clothes or books, and several other items...
i went to best buy and took my unit with me to chk sizes.
you may want to do the same as the m15x is actually larger then the average unit...

The m15x fits into a pelican 1090CC hard case almost perfectly, I use that to put the computer itself in and then put it in a normal everyday school back pack with the power brick and mouse. There has been many times that I have bumped a wall or a door and I do not worry because the computer is in a hard case.
