    Hi guys,

Over a year ago I bought an M15X with the 8700M GT which has lasted me well, but I now feel I would like to upgrade the card if possible.

I am in the U.K and was wondering what card(s) I could upgrade to and what kind of prices I would be looking at? If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that would be great :)

You can upgrade to a 9800M GT or an Ati Mobility 3870. Alienware should offer the 3870 at least as an upgrade for you provided your system is still under warranty. The 3870 will be a lot cheaper than the 9800M but only performs something like 10%-15% less.

You can also get the 280m from rjtech's website. But it is almost 500 dollars.

You also need a cooler for it.

You'd be interested in my old 8700M GT then? (It comes with the heatsink.)

I upgraded my laptop to a Quadro 3700M - works great! (Using an 8800 GTX heatsink from A/W)

Yes I would be interested in it. Why not with heatsink if you have no use for it.

I have a m9750 with a single 8700m GT and intend to go SLI.

For how much would you sell it to me?
