    M15X Key problems

    Hey guys, so recently my friend highlighted this to me:
    My Tilde (~) key as well as my apostrophe key (')both do not input any text. Only upon pressing the same key twice or pressing the key followed by another key will the character appear. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    p.s. my alienware also has an almost invisible "Alienware" logo when set on blue or red. Is this normal? the media buttons are also not properly illuminated.

    I don't know about the keys but the lights don't seem to be normal. Mine are as well lit as the rest of them depending on the time of day, both red and blue they are all consistent. Don't know how only 2 colours could be effected though.
