I was just wondering if you could get the 3 year warranty after you have already purchased your laptop. Because i asked one AW sales agent and she said it could be done before your 1 year warranty ends and the other AW guy says it can't be done, you have to purchase it at the same time you make your laptop purchase. So i don't know who to believe

others have upgraded from 1 year to 2 or 3 years weeks after they had purchased their m15x so the first person at CS you spoke to was correct.
the second person you spoke to must have been the tea lady.

when you order the laptop and after you get your payment confirmed they will send you an email with a link with an option of upgrading the warranty. if you want it upgraded all you have to do is give them your credit card number again.
