    M15x Bios A01 issue

    Hey guys,

    I've recently updated my bios to A01 for my M15x, and I start noticing that the system will not show a boot up start nor a windows loading screen. I think it's caused by the new bios. Any remedies or similar issues regarding this?

    I still get the boot screen and Alien face prior to windows loading and then log in as per normal -- did you install the new bios or just flash the fix?

    I received mine a few days ago, and I occasionally get this problem.

    I've flashed the bios. And also I've figured out the problem with this. I am assuming something in the motherboard isn't getting discharged upon shut down. My fix for this is to take the battery out, press the power button for 5 sec and then put it back in. Tell me if anyone else is experience this problem.
