    Hi everyone.

I seem to be having a real pain in the butt problem getting bluetooth to work on my m15x. I own the last gen m15x not the current one.

My problem is that I do not have a bluetooth wizard installed on my computer. Under Network and Internet it is not listed where it should be at all.

However I do have "Bluetooth Devices" listed under my control panel.
Which in turn directs me to a list of bluetooth devices linked to the computer which is listed at none and as well as a bluetooth settings menu and a button that says "add bluetooth device" which simply takes me to another window with no bluetooth devices listed.

I have tested my bluetooth ability with my phone to see if my computers bluetooth is functioning correcting and my phone is able to find my computer plus the bluetooth mouse I am wanting to install just fine. The same goes for my ps3 it also finds the mouse I want to install just fine.

However my computer can't find anything and I believe it is because I do not have the option of the bluetooth wizard.

When I try to connect the mouse under Device Manager it will read a unknown bluetooth device with a yellow ! mark next to it.

Here are some things I have done to try and trouble shoot the issue with no success.

    1. Reinstalled the bluetooth drivers that came with the support cd for the laptop.

    2. I went to Broadcoms webpage http://www.broadcom.com/support/bluetooth/update.php to see if there is an update to the driver, I tried to run their program to check for what updates are available and when it is "validating bluetooth devices" it stops working and closes.

    3. Stayed up until 5 am trying to alter settings and check forum posts to find any solution to the problem and I have yet to discover one.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to read the book I just wrote.
