    M15x Connecting to a TV via Displayport

    Interested in sound output through Displayport on TV in the M15x. Is this possible?

    In the IDT sound drivers control panel, there is an option to set the soound over Display port. Im in the train now, but once I am home I will confirm whether it works or not.

    Hi,

    Yes, sound over display port works. I used the Display port -> hdmi converter which came with the M15X

    I am sorry, did you just said that you used the converter which came with the M15x? Do they provide one?

    Yes, I think they started shipping the displayport->hdmi converter with the M15X sometime end of November.
