    I'm trying to download drivers from dell/alienware but they don't give the option for windows 7 OS.. which seems odd. can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Every time i select a driver to install, download it, then run the program i get the message "there are no files to download. Please go to drivers and downloads to select file(s)"

    Do not use the option for the download manager. Clear your browser cookies, exit browser, revisit the driver page and when you find a driver you want to download, select the download via browser (NOT the download manager).
