Okay firstly I want to thank the people at Alienware for an AMAZING product, I absolutely love it. However, there a few problems. I'll make in points so you guys don't have to get all angry reading paragraphs.
    • When I first got it, it was extremely fast, but after a week it slowed down ALOT on me, any reasons as to why?
    • Secondly, when I start up my computer, only 3 zones of the keyboard light up. I'm using an advanced theme. Before, I was using a basic theme, so only a few colors were used (no morphing/pulse), and then only the media and the mousepad lights didnt come during startup, then I started using tha advanced theme and started morphing 2 colors, and then just they keyboard and the alienware name started lighting, then i started morphing 6 colors (current) and now just 3 zones of the keyboard come on. Any way to fix it?
    • Whenever I touch the "Stealth Mode" button, it typed the letter 'W'. Why is this so?
    • The touchpad doesn't work that great, is this the way it is for everyone?
    • My startup takes longer than usual, but then I tweaked it by using MSConfig, and it a bit (I know what I turned off, so there isn't a problem there). Is there any other way to speed up the computer's startup?

    Thanks.

the alienfx is just a glitch when using morphing themes, but all is well once windows is loaded, not a major problem. but if you find all is not lighted up by the time windows load, jujst open up alienfx and reload your theme.

touch does suck, i recommend uninstalling the touchpad driver and let windows install the default windows one. still not great but much better.

i recommend installing ccleaner to clean up your registries and manage your start ups. still not going to as fast as when you got it but will be much better. can't expect to perform as fast as when you got it because your adding more and more stuff everyday your using it.

Yep, for some reason the touchpad doesn't work great in windows, but in Linux it's just nothing short of amazing!
It's all about the drivers, IMO.
