I did 1 by one like the tutorial said to do. There is hardly any faster speeds am I doing it right? this wont break it? Is it worth having it like that?

    512MB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 240M

How does an experienced overclocker become experienced? By not being experienced and doing it. Also I seem to be the only loser who got the lame 240M and not the 260 :( So I out of everyone should be over clocking since it's so weak.

edit: also today while playing GRID the game suddenly went super slow where it was barely playable. Did I break my gpu? Or was it the throttling issue I've been reading so much about

you have to play with your clocks. increae the core by 5 and the shader must be in sync with the core by x2.5 so if you raise the core to 5 raise the shader to 25....

memory is a different story and you would have to raise that slow and it must be the last....

if you get a driver crash your clocks are to high and you need to restart your computer. start out with 3dmark06 and see what you get. stock and overclocked.

Thank you this will help me allot the tutorial was saying to do each one 1 by 1

Wait wait wait shader you say is 2.5x the core, so 5x2.5 is 12.5 Or did I misread?

2.5x of the core. if you raise the core 100 raise the shader 250.
