M15x Vs M11x Vs Envy 14

Well I ordered an Envy 14 with the Radiance display but it looks like mine is among the myriad of cancelled orders.

That being said I see that Dell has a 20% outlet coupon that expires later today.

I am considering still going with an envy although a lesser display or maybe going AW.

M15x-

How big is this beast? I used to have the original m15x and that was actually a good size, large but manageable. Is this new model just huge compared to it?

M11x-
Have read a ton about this but cant figure decide on how good the performance truly is. Over at the owners lounge you see a ton of comments from some people about it being a champ but then others struggling to play the same games. Plus the display I dont think is up to the same quality as the m15x or radiance. Of course price on this model is now around $500 which makes it half of the m15x and envy.


I travel rarely, maybe 3-4 times a year but do game quite avidly, the display has to be good quality as I cant stand horrible displays.

Guess I am looking for some real world experience from those who may have owned or played with these models

i had the area 51 model m15x too, the newer all powerful is even bigger and thicker then that one. but the build quality is much better , the display is very nice.

i don't have the envy but judging from benches the M15x will outperform it any day.

now a day you can find aw in a few retail stores like fry and best buy, it may be worth it to go check it out.
