So I've just upgraded my M15x's operating system from Vista ultimate to Windows 7 ultimate. Everything's working smoothly. However, I get this "Error 0000" message every time I log in:

This is kinda annoying even though nothing seems to be really wrong. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

    Start-Run-Type "msconfig" without the quotes
Go to startup tab and "Disable All" reboot. Once rebooted go back into Msconfig and look through the startup list enabling everything you need/would normally use. Reboot again if the error message is back then you have a problem with one of the programs you just reenabled and you need to keep experimenting with msconfig enabling/disabling startup items and rebooting until you find the culprit!

Thank you very much! The culprit turns out to be Alienware's free fall protection program.
