The new Samsung Serial ATA (SATA)-II SSD is able to read data at 100 megabytes per second (MB/sec) and write it at 80MB/sec, 60 percent faster than SATA I drives.

Alienware is one of the first takers.

Since February 20th, I am waiting one M15X with GPU 8800, CPU Penryn 2,5 ans SSD 64G. Delivery is expected next week (Paris).

Will it be SSD based on Samsung's SATA II-SSD new technology?

    Thanks

Yes it is SAMSUNG, but NO it is not Sata-II.

I called in AW rep to ask for their read/write speeds, and its only 57/30 something.... so no..
