Hey guys, I'm going to buy a m15x, however, I got some questions reguarding the processor (I7)
Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz (2.8 GHz Turbo Mode, 6MB Cache)
VS.
Intel Core i7 920XM 2.0GHz (3.2GHz Turbo Mode, 8MB Cache)
So the actual default clock speed is 1.6GHZ on the 720 and 2.0GHZ on the 920?
Can I keep the laptop on turbo mode so I can keep the clock speed at turbo mode?
Are all these I7 cores Quad core?
Thanks for the info guys I know some of you computer gurus know the answer to my questions -

to the OP, first off, we have no idea what you have now, put your system specs in your sig
second off, unless you are doing specifically processor intensive tasks, it would not be worth waiting for so don't worry. This also marks the death of 16:10 laptop screens, so if you liked those I would avoid this -

You can overclock the CPUs to whatever they can handle, most likely you will be able to achieve all 4 cores around 3 GHz with the laptop cooling, but only time will tell as these are new parts -
Oh snap! Nintendo's coming out with a new console.... 16 bits, yo!!

Thanks for the info Scook9,
But does turbo mode utilizes all 4 cores or is it just 1 core going super sayian mode?
Turbo mode is basically going in overclock mode right?
Thanks for the help guys -
