    Hey,
My 9 months old m15x has its right hindge broken, like many other customers...
I took VERY well care of it so its just the crappy build quality...
Just hope the tech support will change this as i'm at the limit of my 1 year garantee.
Furthemore, am I the only one who has keys (arrows) that keep poping off when not pressing exactly perpendicular to the keyboard?
    Thanks
    Sebastien

    Hi magictomcat,
Unfortunately, you're not the only one to experience keys popping off your keyboard. Contact Alienware, and they're repair both the hinge and the keyboard at the same time.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

Just to warn you, te repair will take 3 weeks or more. I sent mine in 2.5 weeks ago and after speaking to te tec support guy, I most likely will not get it back this week either.

yeah thats what I was expecting...
Is it possible that they send me the replacement parts?
And is the go9800gt better than a go8800gtx?
When is the new m15x out?Can I wait for it and then change the notebook?

They wont send you the parts, I tried geting them to. Maybe if you are in the US, Im in the UK. The two graphics cards are more or less the same, unless the 9800gt runs a bit cooler.
