Hi guys. Have been searching my heart out for an M15x keyboard protector. I want something which will fit nicely. Anyone using such a thing? If so can you please share your experiences and let me know where you bought it from. Its just that I don't want to have to keep a bar of soap handy to wash my hands before use everytime  . Thanks again.

I dont think you will need any protector for your keyboard unless you want to protect it from liquid or some sort.

Not to mention LED lighting is one feature that makes Alienware one-of-a-kind.

Well, I always like to have breakfast/lunch/dinner in front of my pc (I am alive and kicking for those of you who think I don't have a life LOL :D ) and watch shows/movies. Not to mention protecting it from all those dirty envious hands at uni. :D :D

I thought about it for my M17x too, but then i realised that it would damage the laptop's awesome,
So i decided when mine gets to the point that its worn and gone all shiney etc etc, Buy another and swap it :p (Keyboard that is)

That might be an idea to consider too.

I saw a few on eBay when i was looking to get one for my M9750, Not sure how much they are directly from Alienware though, I've been meaning to enquire for a while.

I also often eat and drink and smoke (you know the annoying dust from cigarette :D) while using my lappy (and I have a life too :p) but my keyboard looks brand new after 3 months of abusing use. Just pay it some attention. Dont put your money on a protector :D

    Thanks :D

And grab a compress air can to blow the dust out of the keyboard regularly before they get too deep inside (especially when your eat bread or smoke)
